1. Contest entry is free. Provide your name, Instagram ID, college, year and department to the mail srmxion2020@gmail.com

2. One person can submit multiple photos.

3. The participant is required to provide a unique title and description (max 100 words) for each image submitted.

4. The participants will only be eligible for the contest only if they share their submitted photo and the Xion 2020 poster as their Instagram stories with tagging the page ID @xion.2020.

5. There must be no border(s), logo(s),copyright marks, identifying marks or any other reference and/or marks on the image.

6. Basic editing ,including color enhancement, the use of filters, and cropping of the photos(s) is acceptable, provided any such editing does not affect the authenticity and/or genuineness of the photo(s)

7. Advanced editing used to create illusions, deceptions and/or manipulations, and the adding and removing of significance elements within the frame is prohibited.

 

Judging will be based on three rounds as follows:

Round 1: Maximum likes on Instagram post of the entry @xion.2020

Round 2: Instagram story poll.

Round 3: Judging panel will select the winner based on their photo description they provide.
